We are currently looking to recruit a Dealer Manager in the North/Midlands Area The main focus of this role is to manage the operational support requirements of our Dealer channel, ensuring consistent high quality, focused responses whilst also identifying and adopting best practice and process improvements. The Dealer Manager is also integral to the objective of improving the profitability of the Dealer Channel for STILL UK by supporting the key activities of the Dealer Managers. This role will work closely with all STILL UK support teams to build strong contacts across the wider organisation.<h1>What we offer:</h1>What we offer:We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially focused individual, with proven successful Customer Relations background.<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>39.5 hour working week,  0800-1630, Monday-Thursday &amp; 0800-1600 on Fridays which includes Hybrid working</li><li>26 days holidays</li><li>Annual 10% bonus</li><li>Company Pension Scheme</li></ul>Who are we looking for?The responsibilities of the Dealer Manager include:<ul><li>To be the first point of contact for our Dealer Channel for both operational and administration topics.</li><li>Manage and provide support to Dealer Sales teams in configuration, pricing and quoting of our extensive product ranges, liaising with the technical teams and factory to provide technical support for standard configurations and customised options.</li><li>Ensure effective transfer of offline quotations completed by the dealer to the online configurator and track special discounts requests.</li><li>Supporting Dealer Sales teams in completion of order control sheet.</li><li>Effectively develop and manage online Dealer tools and apps providing training where required.</li><li>Build and maintain a ‘Self Service’ Platform for key Dealer topics.</li><li>Develop, build, and maintain a Dealer Profitability Dashboard.</li><li>Promote and encourage Dealer engagement with social media posts, to raise brand awareness.</li><li>Field enquiries and provide proactive updates, keeping Dealers updated about any relevant information.</li><li>Fostering effective communication and collaboration with internal departments on a regular basis, collating and sharing KPI’s and creating newsletters, etc. </li><li>Manage our Dealer information interface via the established Teams Channels.</li><li>Champion continuous improvement of processes and procedures.</li></ul><h1>Tasks and Qualifications:</h1>To be considered for this role, you will need experience of the following areas:•          An ability to plan, organise and prioritise job responsibilities.•          Previous experience of building and developing strong customer relationships.•          Detail focused and commercially aware with good analytical and mathematical skills.•          Technical background.•          Effective written and oral communication skills, with ability to be assertive as and when        required, interacting with multi-level stakeholders.•          Previous experience of SAP and / or Key Systems.•          Good working knowledge of MS Windows, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.•          Valid driving licence.You will need to have the following personal attributes:<ul><li>Good communication skills to liaise with our Dealers and internal colleagues</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Take pride in your work and complete tasks to the highest standard</li><li>A high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>A positive and can-do attitude</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role</li><li>A desire to be a STILL brand ambassador</li></ul>
