Join our Heating &amp; Refrigeration Technologies Team in Mexico and support us as an HRT Service Sales Engineer.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Develop the service sales strategy and ensure a CREATE-GEA approach to customers within the country (cooperation with Head of Service)</li><li>Identifying opportunities for service sales</li><li>Actively managing key customer accounts</li><li>Operate in partnership with equipment of New Machines sales engineers to identify “up-sell” and “cross-sell” opportunities to maximize revenue and improve overall customer experience.</li><li>Manage individual day to day activities with possible responsibility for multiple product groups / application clusters to ensure consistent approach and optimized performance</li><li>Continuous optimization of processes and structure (strategy, methods, tools, personnel development, etc.) and related key figures.</li><li>Find new ways to improve customer satisfaction</li><li>Work with country Head of Service and Head of Sales to fine-tune service sales strategy</li><li>Coordinate development of service sales strategy within Cluster</li><li>Lead service sales activities within defined product group or application cluster, allocate resources and prioritize initiatives (Heating and Refrigeration)</li><li>In collaboration with country head of service, agree on annual service sales budget.</li><li>Coordinate service sales planning, forecasting and reporting</li><li>Ensure employee engagement by effectively communicating service sales strategy and vision</li><li>Work together with country heads of sales to ensure coordinated sales approach.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsThe Service Sales Engineer is responsible for developing, promoting and selling the complete range of GEA service, specially of HRT (Heating &amp; Refrigeration Technologies) division within the assigned product group or application cluster in the country. <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering discipline (electronic, mechanical, etc.)</li><li>Have industrial refrigeration knowledge about the full refrigeration cycle.</li><li>Experience in working with ammonia (CO2) and F-gasses.</li><li>Sales of: Spare part, Service contracts (SLA’s), Field Service (preventive, corrective and predictive) and Retrofit projects.</li><li>The Service Sales engineer must be able to advice customers what service must be done to the refrigeration installation.</li><li>Required languages: English</li><li>Excellent communicator, written and verbal, able to work with individuals (internal and external) across a wide range of levels, functions, brands and cultures</li><li>Prioritizes customer needs, establishes effective relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders</li><li>The ability to exert influence on his / her customers by conviction, persuasion and negotiation</li><li>Can implement delegated tasks effectively, whilst maintaining involvement and responsibility for outcomes.</li><li>The ability to gain high levels of trust from customers and to predict customer and competitor actions.</li><li>Familiarity with GEA service offerings and local market requirements of different customer groups.</li></ul><div>What will you find being part of GEA?   </div><div><ul><li>Exciting professional challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a global operating environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>A work culture that promotes the spirit of innovation where our engineers create, develop and implement world-class solutions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>We believe in delivering a true work experience in an equal opportunity environment that values difference and diversity. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Market competitive salary and benefits complemented by flexible and autonomous work arrangements. </li></ul></div><div> </div>Did we spark your interest?
