Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Manage manufacturing production processes and  implementation of company policies also ensure manufacturing process performance, volumes, quality goals or KRA are met by utilizing efficient method</li><li>Lead technical part in capital investment in process to optimize cost without deviation in quality and deliveries also design and facilitate procurement of jig, fixtures and tooling</li><li>Lean practices, Initiate and implement - Pokayoke, 3P, SMED etc</li><li>Create and control internal drawings as per specification in customer drawings</li><li>Optimize the existing layout of plant facility</li><li>Periodic BOM mass update in ERP as per ECN or Manufacturing process improvements and VAVE activities and routing run time update as per cycle time study of existing products &amp; new product integration.</li><li>Ensure safety of all employees working in plant</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Graduate in Engineering - Mechanical or Industrial or Production</li><li>Master or Management studies will be additional benefit</li><li>8 to10 years of experience in manufacturing setup in manufacturing engineering department</li><li>Periodic BOM mass update in ERP as per ECN / Manufacturing process improvements and VAVE activities</li><li>Have advanced knowledge of computing specially big data processing</li><li>Working Proficiency in advanced level of Microsoft versions</li><li>Good English Communication skills and should poses very high level of interpersonal skill</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
