Campus Recruiter Intern

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

• Recruitment Focus (90%):
• Source and hire top notch candidates for our Campus Program, managing the entire recruitment process from job description preparation to offer or rejection calls - including recruitment process definition, conducting HR interviews, scheduling the different steps between candidates and stakeholders.
• Engage with various managers and stakeholders, thriving on the challenge of finding the best candidates and building strong relationships.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and database, ensuring accurate data tracking and performance reporting.


• Student Community Animation (10%):
• Organize and animate events to engage and support the student community at Back Market across all European offices (collaboratively with the team based in Paris and Bordeaux).
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance the student experience and foster a sense of belonging.

• You have ideally a prior experience in Recruitment or Sales/Business development working in English
• You are enrolled in a university in France that can provide an internship agreement and you are looking for a 6-month internship starting from July or August 2025
