The QE will be supporting all aspects of Supplier Quality and performance. Understand and collaborate with customers, source quality products, develop suppliers, deliver tooling and parts within budget and on time.</p><p><strong>Export Control Requirement: </strong>Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (i.e. Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.</p><h2><strong>What you get to do</strong></h2><ul><li>Contribute to ensuring the company's quality, cost &amp; delivery targets are achieved</li><li>Lead cross-functional development teams for QMS documentation</li><li>Create/Implement QMS documentation in support, in preparation for formal certification (i.e. IATF16949, CQI, etc.)</li><li>Own APQP / PPAP process</li><li>Act as Liaison with Design / Engineering Support Teams supporting Design for Quality</li><li>Attend and participate in Production and MRB meetings as requested.</li><li>Support internal &amp; customer Quality teams as required.</li><li>Review of specification changes</li><li>Participate in the Problem resolution procedures.</li><li>Generating reports around business KPI’s relating to performance of the Business management system.</li><li>Support MRB as needed</li><li>Conduct Internal Audits to QMS and customer requirements</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the Team</strong></h2><ul><li>Engineering Degree or equivalent experience or previous working level experience</li><li>3 years of Quality Experience in manufacturing preferred</li><li>2+ years of Automotive Quality Experience, preferred</li><li>IATF 16949 Experience preferred</li><li>EV and/or battery experience preferred</li><li>Developed Problem Solving skills in RCA, RCCA, 8D, etc.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of value driven supplier KPI and scorecard development and implementation.</li><li>Work directly with engineering and manufacturing regarding technical GD&amp;T, and drawing standards training and review.</li><li>Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills</li></ul><h2><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></h2><p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.</p><p>Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!</p><p><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate</strong></p><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
