Join our outstanding team and help shape the future of energy. Position Specific DescriptionThis is a Nuclear Operations Unit Supervisor - License Class role located at the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant. Additional responsibilities once licensed will include: <ul><li>Supervise Operations personnel ensuring safe and reliable operation of Plant equipment</li><li>Analyze complex plant activities and evolutions to provide proper operations focus and ensure error-free performance</li><li>Responds to plant indicators and alarms in accordance with plant procedures including identifying those parameters that are indicative of an emergency condition and initiating designated actions.</li><li>Performs operations in accordance with administrative procedures and NRC license including shift turnovers, log maintenance, etc</li><li>Ensure all operating records are maintained to preserve documentation of operations activities and responses to any unusual conditions in accordance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) specifications.</li><li>Coordinate and control maintenance and testing activities</li><li>Ensure completion of scheduled activities.</li><li>Maintain and improve Human Performance in Operations and across the Station</li><li>Maintain constructive relationships with regulatory agencies.</li><li>Maintain constructive relationships with other departments.</li><li>Act in a station leadership role</li><li>Support refueling activities</li></ul>
