  • Create and manage RFQs for competitive sourcing
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by overseeing packaging and documentation requirements for the transport of goods, including dangerous goods
  • Oversee trade compliance including maintaining customs documentation and reviewing HS code designations
  • Integrate transportation management and data sharing between carrier and Form systems
  • Audit carrier invoicing on a routine basis
  • Provide shrewd insight and recommendations to engineering and supply chain teams to inform product designs, optimize deployment methods, and minimize landed costs
  • Regularly report on status, progress, cost trajectories, and risks

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations, experience at a high volume manufacturer a plus
  • Broad knowledge of packaging, transport, and trade compliance regulations
  • Experience creating RFQs and selecting carriers using detailed selection criteria
  • Quantitative, analytical, data-driven decision maker with a high attention to detail
  • Track record of driving projects to completion, delivering results, and bringing new solutions to life
  • Motivated by difficult problems, excited to collaborate across organizations, and seeking individual responsibility
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize efforts, and effectively communicate progress and strategic roadmaps
