  • Interact with other engineering groups to lead the definition, documentation, investigation, execution, and post-analysis of tests at component and system levels
  • Lead efforts to track the performance of weekly metrics and present data based on statistical analysis tools that identify performance and test stand variability

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in an engineering and technology test and validation environment with three years of management experience
  • Experience with test and validation hardware and test methods such as environmental, and electrical reliability, preferably with battery cycling test experience (e.g., Arbin/Maccor systems)
  • Experience with Python scripting, MATLAB, statistical analysis, and using tools such as Minitab or JMP (beneficial)
  • Experience with lean techniques such as Six Sigma
  • Laboratory safety and operation knowledge
  • Well-develop collaboration and communication skills and willingness to share ideas, contributing to organizational and technical problem solving
  • Passion for our mission, sustainability, and fighting climate change
