Form Energy's Recruitment Team is growing, and we're currently looking for a mid-to senior-level Technical Sourcer to join our team. As a sourcer, you will source top talent emphasizing diversity and inclusion. In addition, partnering directly with Recruiters and Hiring Managers will identify and engage candidates for positions across the business as we enter our next high growth stage.
Recruitment is a crucial component to Form Energy's future growth and success. Therefore, we need a sourcer with cross-discipline expertise in technical engineering, including electrical, chemical, mechanical, and software.
We are looking for someone passionate about sourcing, loves digging in and leaving no stone unturned, is creative, can manage competing priorities, and a master of time management. In addition, you will have exceptional attention to detail, well-developed influencing and engagement skills, and a proven track record of sourcing and closing quality candidates while ensuring a high level of candidate experience and alignment with our mission and values.
This role can be 100% remote but would support all U.S. recruitment operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic and custom sourcing plans for target candidate profiles
  • Source a diverse pool of quality candidates, build pipelines for both current and future roles and ensure consistency in the candidate process and support of diversity and inclusion at all stages of the hiring process
  • Own research and create innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging your knowledge of organizations, platforms, and networks, to identify, engage, and attract talent
  • Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed
  • Create opportunities to share Form's mission, values, and diverse and inclusive culture through events and other creative avenues
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment throughout many phases of hyper-growth

What You'll Need:

  • Passion for our mission, sustainability, and climate change
  • Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years or eight (8) plus years equivalent working experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven experience in technical sourcing with an engineering focus in electrical, chemical, mechanical, and some software, developing diverse pipelines of talent
  • Adaptable, able to work independently and proactively problem solve, developing creative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates
  • Experience using data as a means to advise and make recommendations
  • Demonstrated success and skills using traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods, tools, and platforms
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action general guidelines and requirements
  • Background in renewables, energy storage, or utilities, or strong desire to learn
