Role Description We are looking for a hands-on individual to help us develop our core technology by contributing to our test infrastructure build up. In this role, individuals will work directly with our engineering team to spend time in the laboratory building, troubleshooting, maintaining and testing incubator test stations. 

What you'll do:

  • Inspect, organize and prepare device components and hardware  
  • Assemble incubator test stations with high attention to detail
  • Develop test build procedures, providing step by step instructions
  • Document and organize device assembly notes for performance traceability
  • Track device build progress using a cloud based organizational tool 
  • Facilitate installation and assembly of new equipment
  • Work with engineering to validate test equipment build
  • Lead and participate in laboratory organization events

What you'll bring:

  • Familiarity operating electrochemical device testing using equipment such as Maccor, Arbin, VersaSTAT and/or Solotron 
  • Mechanical and electrical assembly experience
  • Experience with using a resource management tracking system
  • Experience using cloud based organizational tools   
  • Familiarity with organizing and maintaining hardware inventory
  • Strong communication skills within a group of peers and broader organization
