About the Job
Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Führung eines eigenen Teams von Trainer*innen und analysierst in diesem Rahmen die Performance und führst regelmäßige Feedback-Sessions durch
Du leitest Workshops und Trainings für unser Sales Team und Führungskräfte und gibst fachliche Anleitung an Mitarbeitende auf allen Ebenen
Du entwickelst umfassende Strategien zur Verbesserung der Vertriebsleistung und zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele
Du analysierst kontinuierlich die Performance-Zahlen im Sales und hast dabei auch die Performance der Teamleads im Blick. Daraus leitest du Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung ab und baust ein KPI basiertes Schulungskonzept als Frühwarnsystem für Schulungsbedarfe auf
Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen um sicherzustellen, dass die Schulungen den Anforderungen des Unternehmens entsprechen
Du konzipierst innovative Schulungskonzepte einschließlich Präsenztrainings, Online-Seminaren und hybriden Lernformaten, um die Vertriebsprozesse zu optimieren
