Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Define and implement sales &amp; service strategies to achieve revenue targets across products/services.</li><li>Lead and manage the national sales &amp; service team including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.</li><li>Establish sales &amp; service performance metrics, forecasts, and budgets.</li><li>Work closely with marketing to align go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Develop and oversee a customer service strategy focused on improving client satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Lead service delivery teams to ensure high-quality, consistent customer experience.</li><li>Implement systems to monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.</li><li>Drive the adoption of technology to enhance service delivery (CRM tools, etc.).</li><li>Liaise with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align objectives.</li><li>Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights into product/service improvement.</li><li>Report on performance results to the executive team and make strategic recommendations</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s Degree in engineering is an advantage</li><li>Licensed Engineer or equivalent educational attainment</li><li>Excellent organizational and leadership ability</li><li>Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies</li><li>Good business sense</li><li>English and local language</li><li>Analytical mind</li><li>Problem solving aptitude</li><li>Leadership and team development</li><li>Strategic planning and execution</li><li>Customer-centric mindset</li><li>Data-driven decision making</li><li>Conflict resolution and negotiation</li><li>Change management</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
