Remora is hiring a Recruiter, who will help attract and recruit diverse candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. As the first member of Remora’s Talent team, the Recruiter will also build our hiring process and strategy, all while tackling the defining challenge of our time.
Responsibilities:
Build recruitment strategy for diverse talent pool, covering both technical and non-technical roles
Develop hiring process
Help hiring managers clearly articulate their goals
Draft and post job descriptions
Attend career fairs
Perform initial applicant screening
Develop talent pipeline with colleges and local community partners
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher and 4+ years of relevant work experience, or 6+ years of relevant work experience
Experience working on at least 10 simultaneous requisitions
