Job Description<h2>Primary Responsibilities:</h2><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Maintain the OneStream application and deployed cubes across all active environments (Production and Development)</li><li>Manage metadata and all other applicable updates – processing, approval and deployment into OneStream</li><li>Manage consolidations, integrations and perform applicable validations</li><li>Perform quarterly maintenance of OneStream metadata and environments</li><li>Independently provide colleagues OneStream technical support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and deliver user reports and ad-hoc reporting requests</li><li>Implement new OneStream functionality inclusive of any necessary testing and data validation</li><li>Maintain user security matrix as well as standard operating procedures and documentation</li><li>Deliver new user and on-going training</li><li>Maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting process</li></ul>Requirements and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or information systems required</li><li>5+ years of related experience demonstrating knowledge of finance and information systems required; real estate accounting / finance preferred</li><li>Deep knowledge of accounting processes required – forecasting, consolidations and financial reporting (apply to power user roles as function dictates)</li><li>2+ years of OneStream or HFM Admin experience required</li><li>Advanced Excel skills required</li><li>Knowledge of scripting language required</li><li>Experience with system implementation and project management preferred</li><li>Experience with internal controls, compliance and audit preferred</li><li>Understanding of application architecture, change management, compliance, controls and databases preferred</li><li>Communicates clearly and concisely to drive high quality, accurate, and efficient results</li><li>Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills</li><li>Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and to collaborate with a team in a deadline driven environment</li></ul>Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
