Support EMS/DMS Engineers in application tuning, supervise IT hardware installations, and test applications throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>You will handle backup and imaging for services and workstation, ensure patch management, support system site acceptance testing (SAT) and coordinate customer training and workshops</li><li>You will engage with clients and consultants to track design approvals, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions. Exposure to cyber security and IT infrastructure</li><li>Experience in configuration, tuning, testing and maintenance experience with SCADA Systems from various OEMs (Hitachi Energy, ABB, Siemens, GE, Schneider, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office tools, willingness to travel, work across multiple time zones, and engage effectively with customers and teams.
