Salary will be geographically adjusted.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Architect and lead development of a production-grade multi-agent system designed for renewable energy project development.</li><li>Implement agent workflows covering:<ul><li>Legislative and interconnection research</li><li>Engineering design optimization using third-party APIs (e.g., Helioscope)</li><li>Automated permitting document retrieval and generation</li></ul></li><li>Investment memo preparation with financial modeling and risk analysis</li><li>Build and maintain a supervisory agent layer for evaluation, error handling, and memory management across tasks.</li><li>Integrate the system with external tools (Helioscope, Paces, Energy Toolbase), vector databases, and structured document pipelines.</li><li>Lead orchestration of LLMs and APIs, including LangChain, RAG pipelines, and commercial models (OpenAI, Claude, Manus).</li><li>Own deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement cycles to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance with performance and safety requirements.</li></ul>What we’re looking for:You'll need to be passionate about rolling your sleeves up &amp; doing the work.
