This role oversees production, inventory, shipping, and logistics, ensuring every product meets our standards for quality and efficiency. You will work closely with manufacturing and supply partners, own critical operational systems, and drive automation and process improvements across the business. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-growth environments and understands how to support creative and technical teams alike. This position will be stationed in New York. </span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead core operational functions, including internal supply chain, inventory, logistics, planning, vendor integrations, and process automation to drive timely, efficient, and scalable execution across business operations. </li><li>Drive the team toward KPIs across operations, production, inventory, and logistics by using data to guide decisions, highlight inefficiencies, and establish training standards.</li><li>Own inventory strategy and management across the company, ensuring product availability, accurate forecasting, and optimized stock levels across regions.</li><li>Oversee global logistics and fulfillment operations, building processes that ensure fast, cost-effective, and reliable delivery to customers.</li><li>Drive operational system improvements, including identifying opportunities for automation, implementing scalable workflows, and partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline order flow and reduce lead times.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>7- 10 years of experience in operations, production, or supply chain, within fine jewelry.</li><li>Demonstrated success implementing automation and scaling operational systems.</li><li>Proficiency with tools such as NetSuite, Shopify, and Spring.</li><li>Strong cross-functional leadership and clear communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex workflows and drive process improvements across multiple teams and functions.</li></ul><br><div>VRAI provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
