1 – Missions and responsibilities :Financial management of multiple project companies during development and construction <ul><li>Working closely with the operational project team and local management  </li></ul><ul><li>Reporting to the Senior Finance Controller  </li></ul><ul><li>The job holder will have responsibility for the preparation of timely and reliable financial information to support the ongoing management and construction of the project and meet all internal/external reporting requirements, drawing down bank debt during construction phase </li></ul><ul><li>Main contacts: Finance Department, Legal Department, Operations (engineers/project managers), external financial partners (banks, shareholders in particular). </li></ul>  TASKS FOR COMPANIES IN DEVELOPMENT OR CONSTRUCTION: <ul><li>Preparing financial reporting: Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for the project entities within your scope (companies under development, construction, and operation), including P&amp;L, CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, and forecasts, while meeting deadlines. Ensure compliance with the contractual and statutory obligations of project companies: monitoring banking covenants and contractual obligations to financial partners, </li></ul><ul><li>Review and approval of CIT, VAT and withholding tax returns, prepared by accounting service provider; </li></ul><ul><li>Preparation of quarterly group and annual statutory, regulatory and other reporting/returns for companies, both in local GAAP and IFRS. </li></ul><ul><li>Provides the local accountant with all the operational information needed to close the accounts </li></ul><ul><li>Review and approval of statutory financial statements drafted under local GAAP or IFRS by accounting service provider; </li></ul><ul><li>Manage relations with auditors, banks and advisory firms (tax and accounting); </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in a M&amp;A process in coordination with Legal, Finance and Operational teams (due diligence review, SPA or other Legal documentation negotiation); </li></ul><ul><li>Review and update business plans/forecast model as appropriate; </li></ul><ul><li>Advising on strategies to improve Company financial performance and making recommendations on appropriate key financial targets, </li></ul><ul><li>Being in charge of the follow up of the invoices and commitments approval process for all the local companies, </li></ul><ul><li>Drafting all the drawdown notices to the credit lines related to each project related to the project in construction. </li></ul><ul><li>Manage treasury on a day to day basis and prepare cash forecast, managing intra group call for funds when necessary  </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with internal control rules, </li></ul><ul><li>Report any anomaly to management and H/Q </li></ul><ul><li>Supervise the local implementation of the Group ERP and other necessary finance tools; </li></ul>
