<ul><li>Drive, Operate and Maintain OTMs safely, professionally, competently &amp; compliant with all aspects of your duties</li><li>To be competent in Grinder maintenance, repairs &amp; fault finding</li><li>Maximise machine availability</li></ul>KEY RESULT AREAS<ul><li>Undertake duties in line with agreed roster</li><li>Maintain competency in line with role requirement</li><li>Maintain agreed route card using the equipment provided and learn new routes as directed by your Line Manager</li><li>Performance of machine following the completion of maintenance tasks</li><li>When undertaking machine-based duties you are responsible for the overall machine condition including documentation, tooling, spare parts, consumables, safety equipment, waste disposal and your PPE</li><li>Compliance with all company policies &amp; procedures, including Health &amp; Safety, Quality &amp; Environmental</li><li>Utilise IT equipment provided to update and access Apps and Programs associate with your role (Rule Book, FAMS, Q-Pulse, AARK etc)</li></ul>
