In this vital role, you will ensure a seamless, professional experience for all employees, guests, and partners by managing daily front desk operations, supporting workplace logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain a high-functioning office environment. Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you'll help foster a positive and efficient workplace culture through hospitality, organization, and attention to detail.<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for investors, visitors and employees, managing check-ins and badge distribution</li><li>Coordinate with facilities, security, and other internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations</li><li>Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and maintain office supply inventory</li><li>Ensure the lobby and shared areas are clean, stocked, and presentable at all times</li><li>Assist in planning and executing internal meetings, events, and office-wide communications</li><li>Provide administrative support across teams including scheduling and guest logistics</li><li>Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvements in office experience and workplace operations</li><li>Support onboarding processes by preparing welcome materials and workspace readiness for new hires</li><li>Collaborate with People and IT teams to resolve ad hoc needs for employees and visitors</li></ul>What You Need: <ul><li>3+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative support role</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace and standard office systems</li><li>Exposure to or interest in investor relations is a plus</li></ul>Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualificationsAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
