Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable / Collections specialist who is passionate about excellent customer service and owning accounts receivable tasks. This is a great opportunity to join our growing accounting team at an organization making a meaningful difference in the world.

What you’ll do:

• Continuously strive for timely collections and a healthy AR balance
• Accountable for payments application, collections, cancellations, credit/refund requests
• Own accounts receivable reporting, reconciliations and analysis
• Partner with Support and Sales teams to resolve internal and external inquiries 
• Assist with accounting month-end close process (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned (e.g. customer billing, process documentation, etc.)

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
