Title: Corporate Paralegal The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for assisting with matters relating to management of the company’s project-level subsidiary entities and other corporate needs, as well as matters relating to the company’s integrity due diligence and other compliance areas, including, but not limited to, formation, dissolution and foreign registrations of limited liability companies, management of annual reporting and good standing requirements, assistance with preparation and review of corporate organizational and authority documents and other corporate-related agreements and due diligence, processing and tracking integrity due diligence screenings, and other administrative support tasks related to corporate and compliance matters within the company.
