About the role:

In this role, you will have the chance to be a founding team member of Aurora’s Strategic Sales division as we transform the operating system for the world’s largest solar companies. You will help build the Strategic business from the ground up by directing a team of AEs selling into our largest and most complex accounts. In addition, you will shape our GTM motion and influence our product roadmap to support this segment of the market.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and direct a team of Strategic AEs
  • Work alongside reps and leadership to sell Aurora’s largest and most complex deals
  • Codify our Strategic sales motions
  • Act as a voice of the customer to influence product
  • Develop the cross-functional motions necessary to capitalize on this market segment

What we value:

  • History of running complex sales into organizations with over 10,000 employees and sales multi-million dollar TCVs
  • At least 1 year in a sales management role in the b2b SaaS space
  • Well-rounded sales leaders--deals, people, and operational rigor
