About the Job
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit Kund:innen im Zahlungsverzug – mit dem Ziel, konstruktive und tragfähige Lösungen zu finden.
- Du entwickelst individuelle Rückzahlungsvereinbarungen, Umschuldungen oder Sondertilgungen und steuerst deren Umsetzung bis zum Abschluss.
- Du dokumentierst alle relevanten Vorgänge sorgfältig in unseren Systemen und sorgst so für eine transparente und belastbare Datenlage.
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, insbesondere Inkassodienstleistern und bei gerichtlichen Mahnverfahren.
- Du analysierst das Zahlungsverhalten unserer Kund:innen, identifizierst Muster und entwickelst auf dieser Basis konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Du bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse ein – mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Kundenorientierung und Risikominimierung.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Teams aus Legal, Accounting, Portfolio Management, Product, Tech und Customer Care zusammen, um ganzheitliche Lösungen zu erarbeiten.
