What you'll do:

  • Serve as a key member in the Revenue Operations team to assist in the development of our Customer Success tools and applications like Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Develop domain specific application knowledge and domain experience in Customer Success and Support  
  • Work with End Users and Solution Architects to craft processes and future state designs
  • Gather and write requirements for project development in these domains, with a detailed comprehension of relevant applications and process flows
  • Conduct user testing to verify that our processes and systems are designed and implemented to meet user requirements
  • Educate and evangelize best practices through a combination of written documentation, internal presentations, and proactive assistance for End Users and other stakeholders
  • Assist in the technical training and development of key operational team members as part of team enablement

What we value:

  • Direct experience with Customer Success, Support or Onboarding activities 
  • User level proficiency in Gainsight and Salesforce administration
  • Clear communication skills geared towards application training for business users
  • Comprehension of the application reporting tools within Gainsight and Salesforce
  • 2 years of basic project management experience
