In this role, you will help define success criteria, develop specific training programs and train internal and external stakeholders while you partner with senior sales leadership to scope training initiatives, develop plans,  and work in conjunction with product marketing to develop content and deliver training in different formats including virtual, in-person, and self-directed learning.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop and deliver training and enablement to promote foundational programs such as Sales Onboarding, Continuous Enablement, Quarterly Certifications, and other programs to be defined
  • Become an expert at training new users on the features, benefits, and functionality of Aurora Software
  • Support new product and feature rollout with training designed to enable sellers to effectively demonstrate and position solutions
  • Provide soft skills training in delivering the Aurora Pitch, using BANT, and handling objections
  • Support training and enablement initiatives for large events such as SKO, QBRs and customer-related events
  • Train partners, System Integrators, and other external stakeholders
  • Deliver metrics and results of training initiatives through Kirkpatrick models and metrics as defined by Enablement and Sales leadership

  • Deep knowledge of the sales process in the context of the customer journey.  You can identify specific areas of the customer journey where enablement is needed and act by delivering targeted training
