We are looking for a motivated Senior Financial Operations Manager who is excited about building and leading a world-class Operations team within a high-performing Accounting team at an organization making a meaningful difference in the world. They design, implement and optimize a number of key processes following best practices in a way that scales with Aurora’s hyper-growth and sets the company up for future success.

What you'll do:

  • Hire and develop high-performing individuals to build a best in class Financial Operations team
  • Oversee, manage, and continuously improve the Order-to-Cash (OTC)  and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycles
  • Design and implement efficient and scalable processes for payroll and equity administration
  • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional peers
  • Continually evaluate and optimize financial operations policies and processes relative to industry best practices
