We provide direct staff support both remotely and in-office and curate a welcoming environment that empowers Aurorans to do their best work. Under the general direction of the Workplace Experience Manager, you will assist in a broad range of facilities management, event planning, and administrative duties. This is a hybrid position, with both in-office and remote expectations.

What you'll do:

  • Provide coordination and support for delivery of a variety of Workplace projects, administrative duties, and initiatives as assigned
  • Projects and duties include but are not limited to: concierge services, meeting management, office supply management, event coordination, facilities management
  • Work closely with other internal services groups in IT, People Ops, and Recruiting to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment for all Aurorans
  • Coordinate office and building access for Aurorans, deliveries, and visitors while ensuring the facility’s day-to-day operations run smoothly
  • Maintain office cleanliness, stock, organization, and purchasing to ensure employees have the supplies they need
  • Coordinate company catering orders and in-person events
