As the SAP FICO lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and adoption of SAP Finance processes and leveraging the standard integration solutions of S4/HANA. This role will also be required to successfully build credible partnerships across business functions, stakeholders, and IT to achieve the intended value propositions of strategic initiatives. As a critical resource of Impossible’s growing IT team, you will be working with IT leadership, immediate team, other business analysts, and project managers to deliver scalable solutions and industry best practice.

You Will

• Business relationship management for Finance and accounting
• Responsible for leading the S4/HANA solution, development, and rollout for all FICO enhancements, projects and support operations
• Able to identify as-is processes and map it to the best practice to-be processes
• Work closely with the team of  architects, technical teams, functional analysts, and AMS partners to deliver project scope on time, on budget, and with high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain an effective relationship with strategic vendors of Application Management Services (AMS), ensure alignment to Service Level Agreement (SLA), and drive improvements to the service delivery.
• Partner with key business stakeholders to identify end-to-end efficiency and process improvement opportunities and build the application roadmaps.
• Guide the preparation of work effort estimates and plans for all the  modules
• Lead the configurations, functional specifications, testing, documentation and issue resolutions for the SAP FICO & Opentext VIM module
• Guide/review the configuration and functional specifications for other modules
• Partner with key stakeholders in building a FICO roadmap and participation on all projects impacting Finance and Accounting team

You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Financial modules and must have 5+ years of S4/HANA implementation experience.
• Experience in group reporting and SAC is a plus.
• Excellent management skills are expected, organizing, prioritizing, and distributing tasks across team members according to their ability. 
• Must have atleast one full S4/HANA implementation (requirements gathering, detailed design, configuration, testing support, go-live support) for at least 3 successful supply chain application implementations.
• Application of design thinking as an approach to solving business problems
• Must have experience integrating with banks and other third-party financial applications.
• Having an AMS experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and clearly communicate solutions.
• Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity.
