You will be responsible for specifying the right technical specification of power supply unit on Proposals, FEED and EPC Projects. Working with Projects, Procurement, Compliance, Quality and other Engineering disciplines and externally with clients, vendors and suppliers. Responsibilities <ul><li>Prepare the power electronics technical specification and hardware planning with respect to regional grid connection conditions and project requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Design and preparation of power supply unit specifications based on international design codes and standards (IEC, NE, ATEX, CE).</li></ul><ul><li>Develop electrical system architecture, electrical system requirements, electrical schematics, harness drawings, single line drawings, and field wiring diagrams.</li><li>Participate in new product development teams, working on MW scale electrolyser modules.</li><li>The design and development of complex busbar and cable interconnections.</li><li>Assist in the development of plant layout to reflect electrical design considerations.</li><li>Creating equipment specifications (transformers, rectifiers, switch boards).</li><li>Approval, checking and preparation of design/engineering documentation (e.g. cable schedules, single line diagrams, load schedules.)</li><li>Act as a technical authority on electrical issues.</li><li>Creating Bills of Material/equipment lists and single line diagrams.</li><li>Carrying out cable calculations.</li><li>Playing an essential role in risk assessments, which make a key phase and technical follow up ensuring proper communication with vendors.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage budget, schedule and quality constraints, lead the determination of total cost of installation in cooperation with other disciplines and performing meetings with suppliers.</li></ul><ul><li>Vendor document management within proposals phase and project execution.</li></ul> About You Knowledge and Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree level or equivalent, in Electrical Engineering</li><li>5+ years of experience in electrical and hardware planning for process engineering (large-scale)</li><li>Extensive knowledge of the current European and North American standards and regulations in electrical engineering</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in the field of electrical protection concepts</li><li>Good command of technical documentation</li><li>Familiar with hardware planning using electrical CAD systems</li></ul> Highly Advantageous <ul><li>Experience with hazardous area design and equipment selection – in accordance with ATEX standards (60079)</li><li>Additional technical know-how in SOEC, SMR, fuel cells, clean fuel, energy storage systems and/or chemical
