<div>We are seeking a results-driven Senior leader for Contingent Workforce Systems to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of systems supporting our contingent workforce—including Workforce Management (WFM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). This role will develop technology roadmaps, manage platform integrations, and align system capabilities with evolving business needs.</div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Design scalable, secure system architectures integrating WFM, VMS (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline), and LMS (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors)</li><li>Own lifecycle management of contingent workforce platforms including vendor onboarding, updates, and enhancements</li><li>Lead vendor selection and performance management (Fieldglass, Beeline, Kronos, UKG, etc.)</li><li>Ensure alignment with business, HR, legal, and procurement policies</li><li>Create and execute training, communication, and adoption strategies for users and business partners.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>7–10+ years in enterprise program management or solution architecture.</li><li>Direct experience managing or implementing VMS (Beeline, SAP Fieldglass), WFM (Kronos/UKG), and LMS (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors)</li><li>Strong knowledge of contingent labor models and compliance frameworks</li><li>Experience with integrations between VMS/LMS and ERP/HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)</li><li>Proficient in project/program management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>PMP, TOGAF, or SAFe certification</li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
