Working in a temperature-controlled environment, you will be responsible for selecting, picking, and packing products with precision and attention to quality. This position requires a detail-oriented and reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team settingWhat we offer you: <ul><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) </li><li>Annual Misfits grocery box credit of $1200 paid in weekly installments</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid vacation time</li><li>Paid holidays </li><li>Paid sick days</li><li>Hour Rate: $18/hr. </li><li>Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 2am to 10:30am</li></ul>What you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Utilize a finger scanner and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) interface to accurately locate and select products from designated storage areas within the refrigerated warehouse.</li><li>Safely and efficiently pack selected items into appropriate packaging, considering temperature-sensitive requirements for refrigerated products.</li><li>Ensure that all picked items match customer orders and meet Misfits’ quality standards. Use the appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage or spoliage during transportation.</li><li>Conduct regular quality checks on products to identify any damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues.</li><li>Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational targets.</li><li>Verify and maintain inventory levels within your bay, communicating effectively with other teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize disruptions. </li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in a food-based, refrigerated environment.</li><li>Help us maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace.
