We are responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our technology that helps them run a more profitable and less wasteful business. We help food distributors reduce administrative workload related to order entry and maximize operational efficiency.As an Account Executive within this vibrant ecosystem, you will be our key player in establishing and expanding our impact in the industry. To secure deals with food service distributors you will work with a team of AEs, CSMs, and Solutions Engineers. You are at the heart of change in the food service industry as you cultivate valuable relationships with distributors. Your efforts combined with Choco's tools will change the whole food industry.What you will do<ul style=""><li>Take ownership of closing commercial deals with our distributor partners, from the first touchpoint to the signed contract.</li><li>Go out in the field and negotiate with both CEOs of multi-million companies and family run businesses that have 0 experience with technology.</li><li>Craft and nurture connections with prospective customers via cold outreach, referrals, walk-ins to food markets and previous relationships. You will demo our solutions live to distributors and so create importance and urgency in the very first meetings</li><li>Your role goes beyond hitting targets; it’s about making a tangible impact in the industry, driving innovation and setting new benchmarks for success.</li><li>You will be working with cutting-edge technology like AI solutions, educating key decision makers at suppliers and presenting the value of these technologies can provide to their business.</li><li>Create long-lasting relationships with distributors that will last the tests of time. You will create win-win scenarios. Your ability to close deals will create valuable partnerships that stand the test of time.</li><li>Think outside the box and present new ideas, processes, and opportunities that exceed customer expectations and make for a best-in-class experience.</li></ul>The ideal candidate<ul style=""><li>French and English (C1 and higher) are mandatory.</li><li>2+ years of experience working in the software industry as SDR and junior AE, ideally dealing with complex sales cycles.</li><li>Capable of influencing deal share best practices and scaling negotiation tactics.</li><li>Ability to support teammates in reaching quotas proactively.</li><li>Internal collaboration with SDR, regional sales ops, manager and team for pipeline management and deal progression.</li><li>Owns all parts of the sales process, primarily focused on working closely with complex deals.</li><li>Humble and team first.</li></ul>Choco was founded in 2018 in Berlin.
