This role is critical in ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP finance solutions, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives and business needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leadership &amp; Management: Lead a team of SAP finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure team alignment with departmental goals.</li><li>Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for SAP finance systems to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.</li><li>Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of SAP finance projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.</li><li>System Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in SAP finance processes, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable SAP finance system requirements.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Governance: Ensure that all SAP finance operations align with corporate governance and comply with relevant regulations and standards.</li><li>Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for SAP finance projects and operations, optimizing resource utilization.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential risks in SAP finance systems and implement mitigation strategies to ensure system integrity and performance.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
