Illinois Shines is the statewide incentive program aimed to assist customers across Illinois to more affordably transition to solar power. To meet Illinois’ goal of having 100% of its energy come from renewable energy sources by 2050, it is imperative that consumers’ rights are protected when working with companies registered with the Program.
