This involves ensuring adherence to environmental regulations at company, national, and local levels, as well as identifying and addressing current and potential environmental issues and risks. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team! Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!  You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  <ul><li>Overseeing the development and execution of Ignitis Group's Environmental Management System</li><li>Building and maintaining proactive relationships with governmental environmental bodies to optimize operations and manage costs effectively</li><li>Developing and tracking environmental performance indicators for Ignitis Group, providing management with clear and current updates on environmental compliance and performance</li><li>Creating and implementing environmental programs throughout Ignitis Group's operations, ensuring thorough application</li><li>Ensuring compliance with environmental commitments and legal requirements</li><li>Liaising and engaging with regulatory authorities and Ignitis Group internal environmental teams</li><li>Conducting environmental audits and ensuring follow-up actions are completed</li><li>Standardizing operational procedures to align with environmental compliance, assessing risks, and coordinating with regulatory authorities</li></ul>Communications &amp; Relationships:<ul><li>Fostering effective communication and relationships across business interfaces</li><li>Possessing strong networking skills, both internally and externally, to build robust relationships with industry counterparts</li><li>Ensuring adherence to compliance and conducting internal audits</li></ul>
