<ul><li>Develop a strategy to enter the Italian renewables O&amp;M market;</li><li>Cultivate and manage relationships with renewable energy producers to secure O&amp;M and EPC agreements and foster long-term partnerships;</li><li>Lead initiatives to enhance our service offerings;</li><li>Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new service offerings;</li><li>Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support both client and company goals;</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings to showcase our renewable energy initiatives and attract new partners;</li><li>Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to the executive team;</li><li>While the initial and primary scope of the position is Italy, the responsibility can be extended to other European countries where MET has renewable assets;</li><li>Performing other additional tasks related to the job. </li></ul>
