Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager

Zoox is looking for a Program Manager to help support our Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) strategy. This collaborative role will report to the Head of Inclusion and Diversity at Zoox and help drive initiatives focused on building a culture where every member of our crew feels valued and able to be their authentic self. 

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Zoox’s I&D strategy and implementation/continuation of key programs in alignment with expectations of key stakeholders
• Partner closely with members of Zoox’s Global Communications team to increase employee engagement, understanding of, and support for I&D initiatives and programs
• Provide administrative and operational support for Zoox’s affinity group events and activities
• Participate in relevant onboarding activities to help drive new hire understanding of and involvement with Zoox’s I&D efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to promote and manage crew engagement in I&D programs and initiatives
• Research additional resources and opportunities to support our I&D priorities
• Develop and maintain knowledge of I&D best practices 

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 6+ years related experience, ideally supporting people-related functions and/or processes
• High level of professionalism and excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience collaborating with people of various backgrounds, identities, and functions
• Experience working with long-term project plans and timelines
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a variety of concurrent projects
• Experience working with confidential or highly sensitive subject matter
• Adept ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Drive to build rapport with various leaders and stakeholders across the organization

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working with basic HR functions, including recruiting, learning and development, and performance management

Vaccine Mandate
Employees working in this position will be required to have received a single dose of the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine OR have completed the two-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccine series. In addition, employees will be required to receive a COVID-19 booster vaccine by the earlier of (1) April 15 or (2) within two months of becoming eligible for the booster vaccine.
