Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to assessing their needs and fit. Issue commercial product samples with appropriate approvals and following established policies and procedures as directed. Conduct high-volume outreach (phone, email, video calls) to build a strong sales pipeline. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients effectively. Handle customer inquiries, objections, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide regular follow-ups and updates to customers about new offers or services. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Track and report sales metrics, including conversion rates and pipeline progression. Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and campaigns. Partner with outside sales representatives or account managers to ensure smooth handoffs and customer transitions. Serve as a back-up to CTJPN Supply Chain function.  Provide support in imports/export, inventory, ordering, reports etc., as needed  Communicate with logistics partners and internal teams for delivery coordination Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and manage front-desk responsibilities Maintain office supplies, coordinate facility requests, and support meeting logistics Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries File and archive office and HR documentation (digital and physical) Assist the Finance department with scanning, filing, and organizing financial documents Support in organizing company events, including team-building activities, employee appreciation events, and other internal celebrations and ensure all events are planned and executed in compliance with company policies, with a focus on cost, safety, and responsible drinking To comply with Freudenberg regulations on Safety, Environmental protection, and Occupation health by working with Supervisor, Sales and CTJPN HSE appointed personnel to meet the safety standards and policies of the local and global regulations.
