This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and successful project execution. The supervisor collaborates with cross functional teams, manages resources, and contributes to process optimization. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage daily operations of the Engineering department • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement • Train and supervise team members, providing guidance and support as needed • Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve common goals and objectives • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to department activities and projects • Manage budget and resource allocation for the Engineering department • Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology to improve processes and procedures Project Management: • Plan and coordinate projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Communicate project progress and updates to relevant stakeholders • Identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues during the project • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards • Evaluate project outcomes and implement changes for future improvements Safety and Compliance: • Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address any potential hazards • Stay updated on regulations and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance • Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
