Job Description:Compensation Partner (APAC&amp; Middle East) plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing competitive, equitable compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally. As a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, you will provide expert guidance on all aspects of compensation. This role will report to the Global Head of Total Rewards.  If you're a resourceful, analytical, and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures across APAC and Middle East, ensuring all programs comply with statutory regulations.</li><li>Designing and maintaining job evaluation, grading systems, and salary structures.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage annual compensation cycle planning and execution, including budget allocation, merit increases, bonus planning, communication, roll-out and change management</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all stock-related inquiries locally</li><li>Participate in global compensation surveys and analyze resulting data to determine the competitive position for individual jobs. Research and develop salary ranges for different job families and countries where Nextracker operates.</li><li>Review existing benefits policy and design to ensure they are market relevant and develop new policies as needed. Monitor utilization of benefits and prevent cost escalation.</li><li>Partners with talent acquisition, HRBPs, business leaders, and managers to train them on Nextracker rewards philosophy and programs, helping them make informed compensation decisions.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams on payroll deliverables, including counter-approval as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices and look for opportunities to incorporate them into the Nextracker Compensation programs. Analyzing compensation data and preparing reports for leadership.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensuring data integrity in HR systems and optimizing operational efficiencies.</li><li>Advising on job leveling, market pricing, and incentive plan design.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitoring industry trends to enhance compensation strategies.</li><li>Job location is in India, Hyderabad</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>7-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, including global programs.</li><li>Expertise in job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and equity programs.</li><li>Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and compensation analytics tools.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization.</li><li>Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Exceptional project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Knowledge of Equity Administration</li><li>Experience working within a high growth, technology company</li><li>Exposure to Executive Compensation</li></ul>At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
