<p>ICON is seeking a resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing legal team. This role is based at ICON’s Austin, TX campus and will report to our Associate General Counsel.</p><p> </p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with the legal team to support ICON’s needs across technology, product, design, build, manufacturing, supply chain, and R&amp;D teams.</li><li>Support the drafting, organization, and review of contracts and legal documents, including NDAs, commercial agreements, and licensing materials.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with teams to proactively identify legal support needs.</li><li>Act as project manager for cross-functional legal initiatives (e.g., compliance rollouts, contract system migrations, policy updates).</li><li>Maintain and improve legal team processes, systems, and documentation using modern tools and platforms.</li><li>Help build scalable processes that support ICON’s rapid growth and product innovation.
