AECOM seeks a Technically Oriented, Client Facing, Cleared A/E Design, Senior Project Manager to manage our design and construction administration projects for our vertical practice. This role will focus on projects with our Federal Civilian clients. This is a hybrid work situation wherein the selected candidate has the option to work from home 2 days a week with an in office requirement on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Manage client relationship, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Primary liaison between AECOM and client interface</li><li>Manage multi-discipline design teams for a variety of moderately complex projects for clients with a regional geographic footprint</li><li>Manage all phases of projects from initiation to close out, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation</li><li>Identifies and mitigates project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary</li><li>Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations</li><li>Conduct regular project status meetings and prepares reports for stakeholders and upper management</li><li>Enforce company and project policies</li></ul>
