<div>Job Type</div><div>Full-time</div>Our team is seeking an experienced warehouse manager who takes pride in maintaining seamless, efficient, and highly organized solar operations. Inventory Management<ul><li>Track, receive, and organize solar equipment (panels, inverters, racking, etc.)</li><li>Manage reorder points and minimize material shortages</li><li>Ensure accurate inventory counts and system updates</li></ul> Shipping &amp; Receiving<ul><li>Oversee incoming deliveries and outgoing job-site shipments</li><li>Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage</li><li>Coordinate return processes for defective or excess equipment </li></ul>Job Kit Preparation<ul><li>Pull, stage, and label materials for upcoming installations</li><li>Verify that each install team gets the correct components </li></ul>Facility Organization &amp; Safety<ul><li>Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant</li><li>Implement safety protocols for storing and handling heavy or electrical equipment</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and maintenance</li></ul> Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Handle warranty returns or exchanges as needed</li><li>Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding order status, timelines, and issues</li></ul> Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory, receipts, and deliveries</li><li>Assist in preparing usage reports or tracking installation trends</li><li>Maintain a high standard of productivity and accountability</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly</li><li>Must use safety equipment per protocol</li><li>Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, safety cutter, etc)</li><li>Must be willing to work on your feet for long periods of time</li><li>Must maintain a professional attitude</li><li>Must be able to maintain continual improvement</li><li>Must be encouraging to the team and other staff members</li><li>Must be able to focus on internal customer service</li><li>General computer skills, required</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required</li><li>High attention to detail, required</li><li>Previous warehouse experience, strongly preferred</li><li>OSHA 10 certification, preferred</li></ul>Benefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our employees and their families.
