Coordinate daily business development activities and analyze project data.</p><div>As a <b> Business Development Manager you will</b></div><div></div><ul><li>Seek, evaluate, and pursue new business chances, like acquiring industrial gas assets and initiating projects worth up to 100 million USD.</li><li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other external collaborators to ensure contract compliance and address any issues that arise.</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for key industrial customers in the region, maintaining high levels of happiness and trust.</li><li>Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company, and coordinate the preparation and finalization of contracts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to drive project success and optimize business outcomes.</li><li>Coordinate customer accounts, including debt monitoring, invoicing, and ensuring timely collection in line with agreed terms.</li><li>Identify potential risks related to commercial contracts, customer relationships, and business opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests.</li></ul><p>As a <b>Business Development Manager you already are or have</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, contract management, or commercial management within the industrial gas, energy, or related sectors.</li><li>Proven experience in managing complex contracts, including commercial agreements, customer relations, and financial aspects, preferably in the industrial gas industry.</li><li>Experience in the acquisition of industrial gas assets, including air separation plants, hydrogen production units, membranes, and PSA units.</li><li>Strong history of identifying, evaluating, and completing greenfield and brownfield development projects, ideally with a focus on projects under 100 million USD.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams (operations, legal, finance, and technical) to ensure effective project execution and contract compliance.</li><li>Familiarity with the Central Asian industrial and energy markets is highly desirable, along with an understanding of local regulatory environments.</li><li>Proficient in English and Russian; proficiency in Uzbek is an advantage.</li></ul></div></div></div><div><b>Work conditions and benefits package</b><ul><li>Competitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditions</li><li>Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums</li><li>Annual performance bonus</li><li>Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)</li><li>The workplace is located in the office in Tashkent city</li><li>When relocating to Tashkent from another country/region a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rent an apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)</li><li>Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocation of the employee and family members to the place of destination)</li><li>Annual leave – 28 calendar days</li><li>Life and health insurance for employees (including medicines upon doctor’s assignment)</li><li>Lunch allowance for office employees</li><li>Sick leave bonus payment up to the full wage amount</li><li>Unique experience of working in a global company and the opportunity to develop further in international projects</li></ul></div></div></div><div><div><div><p>Thank you in advance for your interest in Air Products!
