Our research and thought leadership inform the strategies of key players throughout the energy industry, driving innovative business models while hastening the energy transition.The Senior Analyst will own key workstreams focused on the US, involving data gathering, market forecasting, and research report preparation. This includes assembling and maintaining datasets ranging from utility DER programs to state electrification penetration and policy developments. The Analyst will support the integration of this data into research reports, dashboards, forecast models, and other data platforms.Forecasting will be a key aspect of the role. The analyst will develop and maintain long-term forecast models of heating electrification and power demand flexibility, based on current market data, policy, and technology trends. They will also collaborate closely with our power team on the inclusion of these forecasts in regional power models.Main responsibilities<ul><li>Support multiple research initiatives in parallel, from initial desk research to slide development</li><li>Perform data gathering, validation, and entry on a recurring basis, leveraging AI when possible</li><li>This includes data on project developments, technology deployment and cost, policy developments, and corporate activity.
