About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work alongside Shellworks’ founders and early team to scale the future of materials inspired by nature. You'll gain hands-on experience in scaling and growing a startup, tackling a variety of challenges, and cultivating a mindset focused on achieving impactful goals. The role spans across business development and customer success. Expect to work with a positive, passionate, ambitious, incredibly inter-disciplinary team and have high levels of autonomy to create meaningful environmental impact.When you join us you’ll: <ul><li>Manage Existing Customers: Work with our existing customers to manage their ongoing product orders and new orders with us. Work with marketing, sales and founders to grow our existing customer average value. </li><li>Proactively grow revenue within each account: keep customers current on Shellworks product releases, surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities, build and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close follow-on purchase orders against clear quarterly targets. </li><li>Gather customer feedback: Create a defined process to gather customer testimonials.
