The RoleWe're looking for a curious, creative, and driven Marketing Graduate to join our agile team within a fast growing, green technology company. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad marketing experience across content creation, campaign delivery, digital platforms, and brand development.You'll work closely with the Marketing, Product and Commercial teams, supporting a wide range of activities - from social media to product marketing - and building practical experience across content, campaigns, and design.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Own the companies LinkedIn calendar - drafting, designing, and deploying posts with input from stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and HR.</li><li>Design assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign, Photoshop and Express), aligning with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Product Management to support messaging and promotion of new features and products.</li><li>Work with external creative and web agencies to support project delivery</li><li>Align cross-functionally with teams across the business to gather insights and translate them into compelling marketing outputs.</li><li>Contribute to a variety of marketing activities including but not limited to:<ul><li>Content planning and campaign execution</li><li>Email marketing and paid digital advertising</li><li>Product launches and software release communications</li><li>Sales enablement materials (e.g. battlecards, brochures, slide decks)</li><li>Tracking performance of marketing activities and use digital tools to optimise impact.</li></ul></li></ul>Ideally, you’ll have/be:<ul><li>A 2:1 degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related discipline</li><li>A strong eye for design and visual communication; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools is a plus</li><li>A passion for sustainability and clean technology, and a drive to make an impact within a purpose-driven business</li><li>Foundation understanding of core marketing principles, channels, and digital tools</li><li>A proactive mindset and enthusiasm to learn across a wide range of marketing activities</li><li>Comfortable working independently, while also taking feedback and collaborating within a team</li><li>Confident communicating ideas and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Familiarity with tools like WordPress and Salesforce is a bonus – but a willingness to learn is essential</li><li>Basic video editing or videography skills would be an advantage, but are not required</li></ul>About ONYX ONYX Insight is a growing technology and engineering organisation in the renewable energy sector.
