As the Family Office Accounting Manager, you'll spearhead accounting operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor relationships across multiple entities.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Accounting &amp; Financial Reporting<ul><li>Maintain full accounting records and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Perform detailed account reconciliations and analysis across various legal entities and locations.</li></ul></li><li>Budgeting &amp; Cash Flow<ul><li>Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.</li><li>Monitor daily cash activity and address short- and long-term liquidity needs.</li></ul></li><li>Systems &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Oversee accounting software, maintain system integrity, and design meaningful financial reports.</li><li>Analyze spending and cost trends, including high-card and miscellaneous expenses.</li></ul></li><li>Banking &amp; Currency<ul><li>Manage multi-currency banking relationships, wire transfers, and payments.</li></ul></li><li>Vendor &amp; Contract Management<ul><li>Negotiate, review, and manage vendor and service provider contracts.</li><li>Administer insurance policies and coverage.</li></ul></li><li>Governance &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Develop and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and expense reimbursement procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with external advisors during tax and audit processes.</li><li>Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Experience &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
