Finance Administration<ul><li>Maintain financial records in compliance with SNV's financial procedures.</li><li>Process travel expense claims and post related transactions including invoices and advances.</li><li>Verify all bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Conduct bank operations such as deposits and issuing cheques.</li><li>Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and track outstanding advances.</li><li>Execute financial transactions and payments in line with authorisation levels and financial guidelines.</li><li>Ensure accurate withholding and timely deposit of direct and indirect taxes as per national tax laws.</li><li>Manage VAT refund processes and submit claims to the Inland Revenue Office within the established timeline.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets for projects.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.</li></ul>Control<ul><li>Review and validate financial data within assigned administrative areas.</li><li>Identify and correct discrepancies in financial records.</li><li>Report operational bottlenecks to the Manager for timely resolution.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing internal control measures.</li></ul>Documentation<ul><li>Archive all financial documentation systematically.</li><li>Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible records in accordance with SNV's filing standards.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions and maintain an audit trail.</li></ul>
